A Great system for a whol;e lot of settings
Many systems are planners for success or business. This Journal is much more about changing the way you create positive habits. This is useful for those that are retired or don't fit the Business oriented mindset. That's not to say it wont help with that but this is much broader. Its about mental health and really helps with productivity in a general sense...

Just bought our second journals so we can do it all again. The time my husband and I spend together filling in our diaries then reading our entries to each other quickly became my favourite time of the day. He is usually so quiet about his feelings so having him tell me what he is grateful for (often things I had done which I thought had gone unnoticed) and how he has viewed his day has been such a wonderful gift.
